About the Journey
Over 1,400 years ago, the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ migrated from Makkah to Madinah, a journey that transformed the course of history. The Hijrah was not just a migration but a movement of faith, sacrifice, and resilience. Every step taken by the Prophet ﷺ and his companions carried the weight of trust in Allah and the hope of building a society rooted in justice and compassion.
The Hijrah Walk revives this spirit by retracing that historic path in a symbolic way. Together, we walk not only to remember the Prophet’s ﷺ sacrifice but also to turn our steps into charity for those in need. This journey bridges the past with the present — a reminder that faith in action can change lives, inspire unity, and build a future filled with mercy and hope.
